IHI K1000 Sprocket also is called casting IHI K1000 driving Sprockets or IHI K1000

sprocket wheel, it is made of 40Mn2, under casting and heat treatment. Its warranty time is 

2000 working hours.

Our sprocket wheel uses good hardenability steel, so that the crawler crane could reduce the

wear of driving tumbler, that is important to ensure high-quality work and high efficiency, and

has good impact toughness, a certain depth of quench layer and transition layer to improve the bearing capacity, wear resistance and resistance to contact fatigue. Through whole quenching
